Too bad, they burned all my hair !! They gave me a permanent enlistment that according to them was a treatment that also hydrated my hair and they burned everything! I have a good mane and a lot of hair and they have left me without hair ... it has been falling out over the months ... they also cut it and left me sheared, I went and showed them the hair to see if the straightening was correct and see if they realized the shearing they had done to me and nothing ... they didn't even realize that it was badly cut and that was obvious! My sister had to fix it at home..a real disaster !!

I went to dye myself, I had no appointment but since there was no one they caught me, I wanted to dye and go out more blonde, after turning my hair green I left more brown than I entered. They didn't even want to put on a mask. They refused to comb my hair and I went out without combing my hair and soaking my hair because 2 people had come in who weren't even combing ... the bosses without giving their faces, they put a girl with horrible wicks on the screen, already with a root of 2 cm I was angry but, I paid although I regretted, I shouldn't have paid. I will never return and I do not recommend it.
