I live in London and needed a Wash and Blowdry for an event and booked at Alexsandra Madrid and it was amazing. Friendly and english speaking staff with exceptional attention to detail and great customer service. Always skeptical of booking a salon without recommendations but the gamble paid off. I will be coming here from my blows drys when returning to Madrid from now on. Highly recommended.

A couple of months ago I had the opportunity to go back and I did a shaper, I was delighted! Ana advised me a lot about all the steps and care that I had to take with this type of treatment. She is super friendly and has a professionalism that is rarely seen in hairdressers! It shows the great experience he has! I am very happy with my permanent and I will return for sure !! The best hairdresser I have been able to find in Las Rozas !!

I do not give it 5 stars for the price because with what is falling now I cannot afford those prices, indeed the products are of good quality and that shows but I consider that for a few highlights, washing and drying € 77 seems too much.nI will not always be able to afford it but I have been very happy if it weren't for that detail.nOtherwise delighted, both with the staff, Ana who treated me very well and the owner who is a charm. I think they should put more offers or lower prices a bit. Even make customer loyalty coupons.nI have not said anything at the moment because I am not like that, I pay for it, period. Otherwise good and the place is cozy and I have been at ease. Thank you.
