I was on October 16 with two of my children !! I admit that I was a little reluctant before going since I don't believe much in this type of treatment but I couldn't get my children's lice with pharmacy products. Upon arrival I was surprised that he was not the only father with this problem, there were many people. They treated us since we arrived in a very correct and professional way even answering many of my questions some of them not very correct due to the state of nerves that this problem creates. Thank you for helping us both were 100% clean. Greetings.

I went with my daughters, one of them was treated quickly because the girl had to go for her daughter. I kept giving her the linens every day and the girls were still with lice. In the review of the week there was only one of the girls and I wonder who had treated my daughter the previous week because they had lice and grown-ups (she had been her partner) They did not solve the problem, the girls left there with lice and they gave me no solution. Obviously I will not return and this center in particular do not recommend it because of the lack of professionalism

Apparently this establishment does not take into account that we are in a state of alarm and does not allow us to extend the term to redeem the contracted bonds. Very bad.

I was with my two daughters on a Saturday, both had long hair and many nits. I had previously applied pharmacy products but it had been impossible to remove the infestation. I went to the clinic and they treated me with a lot of professionalism, explaining the treatment and the subsequent recommendations. After 5 days in the review, none of my daughters had any infestation. For my part, the service is perfect. Thank you

Our experience has been very negative. In the first place they have done a lot of harm to the girl, during the treatment; On TV I was wearing the non-child TV program SÁLVAME, which for a young girl I do not see appropriate. We have complained, since they have commented when we were not in front with other parents that the girl had many lice (for something we took her there), they have not well accepted the complaint / opinion responding with lies and other details that had nothing to do with what Expressed by our experience.nWe have gone to other centers and we have never had a problem and we are clear that we will not return here and we do not recommend it.nAnd add, already referring to the effectiveness of the work they do there, say that they have not solved the problem since after the first visit and until the review day in which they spent about six to seven days, the child had several lice and of great size so it is obvious that the treatment received there is bad to say the least. I would have liked to say something positive and that the positive of our bad experience was, precisely, that this problem was solved but unfortunately it was not so. Finish that in other places, where they perform such work with the same or other means, if they managed to eliminate the problem.
