I have been going to soloptical for a few years now and everyone is extremely nice and friendly. I have bought my glasses and soon I will be purchasing contact lens there. I am very happy with the service I receive everytime I go. I would definitely recommend this company.

The after sales service is great. I bought a pair of glasses in the air two years ago and as soon as I have had to adjust them for anything, they have always treated me for free. Very decisive and cordial.

The treatment of one of the commercials has been disastrous, I hope that your supervisor or superior does take note. We are going with the breakage of some mk sunglasses, the first salesperson who takes the glasses says nothing and then another arrives saying that this is not covered by the warranty because it is not a factory defect (what has been broken is a glasses pad) already wanting to say that it is my fault, the glasses do not have a bite since they are two months old and are kept in their case, even so the girl wants to imply that many times it is the fault of the client. I, with which I have already told them that if they do not accept it as a guarantee since she has clearly said so, I will make a complaint to consumption, and they should personally call her attention.

Last year I bought some glasses, and they broke in the car, they have been covered by the warranty and I have bought others.n100% recommendable.nOne of the workers left me the crystals to my liking, they were very big. A very good job and he has been very kind.
