I understand the Covid Protocol, but not when it comes to minors. They do not allow minors to be accompanied to the consultation even if you finally agree when they have done the review. They have put fluoride on it without my consent. When we were already leaving, they asked us that we had to pay it since it was not included in our policy. My question is ... Couldn't they have consulted me before? It does not seem acceptable to me that they do things without asking and unless they go out to look for you to pay. The lovely doctor.

The treatment from the first was excellent. In my case I went to them with certain problems caused in other dental clinics and little by little I have been solving these problems until I have a perfect denture, now having a magnificent oral-dental health. From the director, through the reception staff to the professionals who perform oral cleanings or dentists, for all of them, a 10. Thank you!
