I do not recommend the dealer for the sales manager, nor for the workshop. We bought our car at Servauto Las Rozas with 13,000km, with the salesperson (Leandro) the deal very well, with us in front he called the sales manager and they promised us the first free service, the surprise came when we went to do the service with 7,000 more km and they wanted to charge us more than € 600, they asked us for a voucher, which they never gave us, the delivery was made by another commercial. In addition, with a few km we had to change the front wheels and we discovered that the car's wheel numbering did not come according to the documentation, when commenting on it they told us that it was due to Volvo's fault, the answer to our claim was that they were going to change the documentation of the car, which never came. And the doubt we have is that they changed the original wheels since they had to be changed with 20000km of the car or they modified the kilometers of the car! .
