Service staff is straightforward, friendly, and Renault service is inexpensive compared to other manufacturers/ brands. I did learn is better to buy light bulbs yourself elsewhere like Amazon.es. The cost of an air filter including installation was less than what it costs to only buy the filter at a local auto parts store.
Exceptional dealer, especially in bodywork, great professionals who touch perfection. Very good attention from the receptionists.
Good treatment at the counter upon receipt and delivery of the vehicle, meeting the deadlines, `` the price agreed and offered, mechanically it seems that everything is fine afterwards, what decreases is their treatment of the pandemic, with workshop personnel without masks in sight the public, and some entering the commercial area and customers, something that the sales, administration and cleaning staff if they were seen to respect, I hope they have corrected it. I expose it because I did not receive a plausible explanation. I do not like that professional treatment is spoiled by totally anomalous circumstances.
Rafael Rivas (Rafa) has given us great attention both in the pre-sale, providing all the necessary information, and in the after-sale, answering our doubts and questions. Now we hope to write a new review in a few years to tell you how the purchased vehicle was. Long live the Dacia!
