I bought my BMW here and is very happy with the car, but they do not offer good customer service. We were told (as we were arriving 5 min before lunch) that we would just need to wait outside until they got back from their lunch brake, which is 2,5 hours! before we could get the keys to the car. When I got the car, it had so little fuel that I didnt know if i would even be able to drive to the nearests gas station. They are focusing on luxury cars, but the service is more targeted the other end of the scale..

The attention was great, they gave me the possibility of putting the car in a workshop and they did not put the slightest fault, they gave it a revised and they explained all the handling perfectly.
