I have purchased my new vehicle here, the treatment has always been excellent from minute one.nRoberto Dominguez has treated me fantastically well, he showed me and explained each of the vehicles to choose the one that best suited my needs.nDelivery wasndiscovering the car that was covered. They are and will be my dealer of reference.nThey have always answered my questions kindly.

I have been reading the excellent comments rated with 5 stars and I do not give credit to what I read, it makes me suspect that either I have had bad luck twice, or the rest of the comments are not being very objective:nn1st Experience: I go to Santogal Majadahonda to purchase a vehicle. After much dizzy the commercial, I ask him for a vehicle test. After more than 4 weeks waiting for the test, he calls me and tells me that the car is not available because someone from the dealer has taken it to Portugal on a trip. Obviously I decided to purchase the vehicle from another dealer.nn2nd Experience: I decide to give them a second chance and take my car to Santogal Las Rozas for some sheet metal and mechanics. 3 weeks with practically no news from them, the little info is after my telephone insistence, lack of proactivity. Mission impossible to contact them by phone, they are always long, they have little staff.nnMy feedback is 2 stars because:nn- 1 Star would not be fair.n- 3 stars would mean a pass and to be a Mercedes dealer it is not approved to me.n- 4 and 5 of course are excellence scores that these centers do not have.nnThe bottom line is that finally when I go to pick up my car, I had not washed it; I tell the person who gives it to me and he tells me that there are a lot of people in ERTE and they haven't had time.nnThank you very much SANTOGAL, I do not think I will return.

I don't come back anymore, I don't understand how they have workers like this at Mercedes Benz.

The service and attention have been fantastic. Carlos García attended me. They have adapted to my schedules, they have given me all kinds of facilities to test the car, they have explained the terms and financing options well and they have prepared several very interesting purchase alternatives. If you are considering buying a Mercedes, I recommend it!
