In my case they have been quick to give me a quote and to install the new boiler. Price adjusted to the fixed budget. Punctual, fast but well done job. They know the product they install. Anyway, I have a boiler working again.

Very bad experience. They came to look at the boiler as it had not passed the natural gas check for gases. They told me that to fix it I had to change some expensive parts and that being an old boiler they recommended me to change it (they charged me 116 euros and they told me it was 12 years old) As soon as the boiler was used after coming, it did not work. I had to call them several times over several days and write an email so that 5 days after coming they would answer the call. I told them that since they had come the boiler has stopped working. They agreed to go see her the next day and after two days have passed I still don't hear from them.nIn no case request a new visit that was not paid for. Fortunately, another company has come to fix it waiting for you to make the change for a new one. The pity is that they have lost the change of a new boiler.

We hired them to change a gas regulator and after the installation additional problems arose that had nothing to do with them, but they helped us to detect what the problem was instead of disregarding what we were very happy with their work. They kept the initial budget even though they came home twice.
