Good service and nice cars
We wanted to change some wheel nuts, we bought them and they told us that the labor to put them on was the least of it and that it would hardly cost us ... The surprise was when they gave us the invoice ... € 41 for just the change of the nuts that is hardly done in a few minutes ... In addition, they did not return the previous lock nuts, which were ours and Volkswagen officials ... Which in other places, when they change something they usually give you back what They have changed, so you can save it or do what you want with it ... We have left unhappy, we will not return. The workshop is very expensive.nAdd that a few years ago, we also took the car to repair due to a breakdown, and on the license plate, without our permission, they put their brand: Ferper, which we realized after months.
Hello, I ordered my car in February and despite the Covid they have met deadlines, receiving my car 2 months ago. Careful delivery down to the smallest detail, excellent service. Very happy. Our experience there has been quite unpleasant. We went to see a car, they attended to us, and when we saw the car the salesman (Óscar) told us that he had to make a delivery and that if we didn't mind waiting half an hour. He kept us waiting for an hour and a half. Then he told us several macho comments, and they treated us as if we were teenagers who are going to spend the afternoon there and in the end he did not show us the car we were coming to see because he said that it was already late.nWe didn't go back, obviously. And we bought the car from another dealer in the end.
