I have experience with 5 Porsche centers. 4 are 4-5 stars. This is the worst of all. From the confirmation of an appointment to the attention in the center. Pure lack of organization and lack of coordination. The only one who has done everything right was the girl who dealt with the COVID issue and to see if you have an appointment, very kind.nBut the result is not according to the Porsche Corporate Identity at all. They have made me waste my time, three weeks, plus an unnecessary 230km round trip. It is not premium! They do not think about the client but about themselves. I also mentioned it to José (Service Manager) and he was already blaming others. You have to fix things and not blame others. Little professionalism.nWe have a saying in German that basically sums up the quality of service: Your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing.nPorsche Cayenne with German registration from September 28

To deliver a gift more than 3 weeks and all they do is delay and make excuses ... terrible service and very little commitment to customers.nUnfortunate for such a brand!
