I am absolutely unsatisfied with the service and the quality of that center and Audi at all. We bought a new car less then one year ago and we are getting some problems with the car. After less then one year we had to fulfill the oil already twice... We get error messages on the dashboard of the car. We informed the Audi center. They update the software, but the problems where not solved and appear again after one week. We contacted them again. They promise us a call back, witch we did not get and we had to call again the next day and again a call back was promised. I think you buy an Audi because you want to have a quality but with this service I ask my self if there is really a quality and a service behind this brand.nI hope we are going to get a good solution really soon otherwise we have to go another ways...
