Let's be honest, I don't like putting a star on it, but I've been calling every day from Monday the 17th to Thursday the 20th to the workshop in Majadahonda, 20 times a day and they haven't answered the phone, I have a car repaired with them 3,000 km ago, which Injectors and timing belt were changed, it fails and stays at 80 km / h, I have to check if it is due to a problem with the previous repair or not, IMPOSSIBLE TO ANSWER THE TLF. AN OFFICIAL WORKSHOP CANNOT HAVE A SERVICE LIKE THIS ?????? THERE IS NO EXCUSE. I hope my review helps you improve customer service, I have taken the car to another workshop

I took my XC 90 with an Air Conditioning problem, I asked for a budget and they told me € 280 to fix it and that if something else comes out later they would tell me. Not only did they not tell me anything, my surprise was that they charged me € 320 and did nothing to me in the vehicle. Incredible with professionals like this, I do not recommend these new facilities under any circumstances. I thought that being practically new facilities they would be professionals and that they would take care of their clients. Since his other workshop the slashes are a disaster too. The last time I took it for sheet metal and paint, it was also delivered to me without checking and I had to return twice more. In short, from what I appreciate, the management of this company is disastrous. Be very careful if you bring your vehicle to this workshop. I personally do not recommend it.nA greeting.
