I bought a Peugeot 208 in January 2020, Angel Sáez was the salesperson who attended me and I would recommend him without hesitation to everyone for his professionalism, his desire to work and to give good customer service. The workshop workers deserve the same opinion: punctual, attentive and very professional. Angel has been transferred to Santogal Las Rozas, what they win there and lose in Majadahonda, since there is a young lady named Cristina who has no idea what customer service is or the desire to learn it. If she hasn't sold you the car and you need something, she automatically tells you to get in touch with your salesperson because she can't help you, and I know she DIDN'T WIN. I also know that it is his usual methodology, destroying the good work of his colleagues. Gentlemen of Santogal Majadahonda, I would never recommend this lady to anyone if they want to buy a car, my recommendation goes directly to Santogal Las Rozas. You will see if it pays to have someone so uncommercial as things are today. I repeat: Angel Sáez and Majadahonda workshop outstanding. Such a nefarious, rude and lazy Cristina.

We entered Peugeot today and they literally did not want to serve us, they did not get up from their chair. One of the people who works there told us that he was doing an online course and that he could not attend us, that we were seeing the car, that it was open (we do not know if it was disinfected or anything). The other person was on the phone and when he hung up, he did not approach us to attend to us either. We were alone in the dealership and three wait a while we are gone. A pity, they have made us discard the car, even though we were convinced, due to its lack of attention and rudeness.
