We have entered today (05.01.2020 around 8:45 a.m.) in Peugeot DE MAJADAHONDA (Ronda del Carralero), in the workshop, not sales, and the DEAL has been DISAPPOINTING. We bought a Peugeot 2008 in Sept. Yesterday a notice was lit to take it to the workshop. I have to return to my place of work next January 8. We went to a workshop to explain the situation and consult possible solutions. The girl, who was attending the workshop today, tells us that she can give me the first appointment on the 19th, that if it does not suit me, I search on Google for other workshops that have more staff but there, nothing.nSummary: UNPLEASANT AND NOT EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.nnPEUGEOT LAS ROZAS (Europolis): SUPER PLEASANT DEAL. Taking charge of the situation, they check it on the machine to see if it could be fixed at the moment or if a solution would be sought. It was nothing. Simple adjustment. 15 min and issue solved. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR EMPATHY AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Mala experiencia: no te avisan que si te cogen un coche de sustitución, puede que te lo tengan que alquilar y te hagan ir a buscarlo a las Rozas (eso si, te acompaña el jefe de taller) cuando tú estás dejando tu coche en el taller de Majadahonda. Chico recepcionista de taller, con poca empatía y un poco borde.

We entered Peugeot today and they literally did not want to serve us, they did not get up from their chair. One of the people who works there told us that he was doing an online course and that he could not attend us, that we were seeing the car, that it was open (we do not know if it was disinfected or anything). The other person was on the phone and when he hung up, he did not approach us to attend to us either. We were alone in the dealership and three wait a while we are gone. A pity, they have made us discard the car, even though we were convinced, due to its lack of attention and rudeness.

I do not understand that you bother to send photos and documentation of a car for evaluation to buy another and they do not answer you. I can understand that they are not interested, but they should be more serious and communicate it to the person who has previously contacted.

They almost served me. It was not the fault of the person who was there. But one Friday afternoon to leave one person in charge of everything alone .....
