Terrible experience, don't go to this place. I was looking to buy a specific motorcycle and after seeing different places I decided to buy in this place. The price was the same everywhere but I saw it as a business with young people starting and decided to support them. The only thing I asked before anything was if I could ask for help to the Moves program through them and they answered that no problem of course.nnAt the beginning of buying the motorcycle and giving the signal I already had problems because apparently the Madrid delegation had kept my motorcycle.nnFrom there they offered different discounts that on some occasion were not what they promised because there were exceptions that were never satisfied.nnDealing with the person facing the public once they pay is horrible, honestly, better not to go.nnFinally, after having to re-send the documentation many times because THEY do the paperwork badly, they have denied me the help of between 700-800 euros for the motorcycle. The reason, they did not start the procedures on time, they did it late.nnA week ago the owner assured me that they were going to fight him and that again, the Madrid delegation was fixing it. After a week trying to contact them and without showing signs of life, today the owner finally answers me, basically telling me that this is what it is and that they are not going to do anything else.nnDo yourself a favor and go shopping at a place with competent people. They will not have to endure replies, bordering and rises in tone and it will cost 700-800 euros cheaper.
