Authentic Ashtanga Yoga school. I have been working with them for a long time and they transmit the teaching of Ashtanga in a traditional way. In the professors Sara and Raúl you will find everything you need to start or deepen your practice, with their experience, simplicity and subtlety, help each practitioner according to their needs. The shala is perfect in size, has everything you need for practice and you have no parking problems.
