I called about a mishap of my pet, I had a stomach problem but since I did not have an appointment or they worried, they simply did not take care of me. Regardless, they told me we cannot attend you without an appointment here. Go care of the client and the importance they give to our pets that are part of our families. Obviously I don't go back to this vet, it looks more like an object store, zero tact.
