They are incredible! I just moved to Madrid and had no history with a vet here or new what is the law for having pets here and the ladies at reception and the doctors were so kind and patient and broke everything down for me. I have a senior pup with a heart condition and they are all ready to get a treatment plan in place.

Although i have been visiting this clinic for 2 years now, the last two incidents totally questioned my trust. First one, i took there some monts ago my dog Dafne with kennel cough, not willing to eat for 2 days and being in a bad mood. They did blood test and lungs x-ray to her only after i insisted for it, which showed that she already had a lung infection which needed treatment. If i had done what was suggested by them, which was to give my dog some medicine to just ease the cough and wait a couple of days, the infection would probably have developed into pneumonia.nnSecond case happened 2 days ago, when my wife visited the clinic to buy a milbactor pill, but she was given a previcox (anti inflammatory) instead. Of course we did not pay attention, so we gave it to our dog, thinking that she would be protected of worms!! We were lucky to find it out after a check of the previcox substance in the internet. Moreover, when my wife went there to discuss the issue, noone of the doctors came to the reception, although there was no other client present, showing a total unprofessional behaviour!!nnWe as clients who don't have the scientific knowledge, should feel 100% sure that we can trust the veterinarians. Unfortunately, to my eyes this vet clinic is not trustfull anymore.nnP.S. Because i don't like to judge easily people and situations, i have never mentioned before the case of my previous dog, Alice, that i had with me when i moved in Spain 2 years ago. She died 4 days after she was taken to them, because of a spirocerca lupi infection. I know that this is a parasite that doesn't exist in Spain and is very difficult to be diagnosed. But i still doubt if every possible medical examination was done that day, since she already had respiratory problems. A blood test and lismania test were done but not a chest ultrasound to check her lungs!

I am especially happy with a great show of interest in my pet, any questions are resolved immediately, always ready to help.nWith the puppy's health plan (includes neutering and visits necessary during the puppy's first year, vaccinations ...) they take care of you at the moment.nIt is also noticeable that the people who work have a lot of interest and very good treatment, they are charmingnWithout a doubt a site to take into account.nIn short, attention and availability as well as affinity with my puppy 10.nTo continue like this, congratulations!
