Next to the park there is a juvenile center and we are getting worse. The kids, and not so kids from the center, roam freely, jump over the fences and glue themselves to the top; they dock and blame everyone who passes by. In my specific case, I live across the street, I'm afraid to go home and even walking with my dog, who if you don't know her, imposes, they don't cut themselves and they always tell us something ... Ah! And the super neglected park, and the same, I do not dare to go alone since it is quite closed and if something happens to you inside nobody knows.
