I had given 4 star 3 years ago but now I have changed my mind. I giving them minus 10 stars( -10). Must have been due to Covid-19 . Their customer support is none existent. Made this post 2pm August 14, 2020. I hope this changes

Customer service is not superb, the staff seems almost insulted if you ask them to get something you ordered from the back. Also they are VERY difficult when you want to return something. Two stars because management was helpful and friendly.

They are very nice. Sushi was not bad and they are frickin' open 'till 10:30 pm on Sunday night!

This is your standard huge supermarket. Their prices are good, they produce is good, they offer everything from drinks and wine to household items, to clothes and electronics. It's your one stop shop. Kind of like a Walmart but better quality.

I used to live in a mostly glass block of lofts in Sanse, just aft of this place, and I shopped here nearly every day. I must admit the first time I entered the store it felt Whole Foods just had a baby with Walmart or maybe some slick Best Buy-style purloiner of Walmart's female spouse. In fact, had that been a baby its prospects would've been a lot better than its all three of its progenitors because this place is pretty awesome. There are more than 5000s reviews of Carrefour on here, and I see they vary greatly, however, most of these people down-putting this store are Americans who aren't familiar with (or accepting of) European modes of customer service. Yet those complaints aren't exactly warranted anymore because Millennial American almost universally now reflects that very same standard of service. Shopping at Carrefour, I could basically get by on 25 Euros a week for basic necessities, including numerous wines and personal surf and turf dinners I prepared at home. That's almost unheard of in the US, even shopping at Walmart daily, which would openly make me ill. And mind you, you're getting into high-end grocery for that. If that isn't good enough, you basically have, as I said, a Best Buy sited within the store where you can buy a MacBook Pro. I personally used to covet bunches of avant-garde European horror movies out of their bargain bin to scare my girlfriend at night. Love the Carrefour in Sanse -highly recommend!
