Poorly educated and swindlers. I don't know anything about medications, but if I ask for a generic one, I want a generic one and don't be taken by those who aren't. You are swindlers and you deserve to have your premises closed.

The first time I was there, they treated me very well and the following times, I still had very good care and I have been using this pharmacy for 16 years.

I do not want to put even 1 star that is clear I do not recommend it.nThey had already spoken badly to me but when I had no other I went because it is the closest to home.nThat in the midst of a pandemic they do not have EMPATHY leaves much to be desired so I will not return any more.nAccording to them they no longer return the difference in the amount of medicines if you have already bought it when other pharmacies do it and even more now that you try not to call or go to the ambulatory because they take time to call you, but there you see this pharmacy empathy 0, I speak of a medicine expensive. Speechless.

Zero gratitude, by a very stretched person who has treated me, as well as unpleasant, has no empathy for the sick, it is a bad thing not to be assertive in a public office. Crazy I should be back there, for nothing. All this for not calling it rude.
