I never see each rude people In Spain. I treated my ear for ring one month ago, she told me after one month I come here to change new one. When I come here after one month, I find my ear has inflammation. I asked them for help. he told me it’s my problem, no nothing with them. I just came there for help , not accause them. but they rejected to talk with me, just told me it’s my problem. I feel so sadly, because at the first they didn’t tell me clearly how to treat my ear because of language.nI never go there in the future

Always had excellent service at this 24 hours location, especially from senior pharmacist Joaquin. Usually they do not have stockouts but I found that their prices are slightly above average.

Madrid has its advantages and disadvantages and for one of its disadvantages I found this pharmacy. 24 hours a day of attention and above all and for me most important, they have enough stock almost everything. The attention of all the staff is incredible, they are affectionate and they are very well qualified because they advise you on everything. They always have the latest news and all the medicines, creams or products on the market. One of the few pharmacies that have so much variety. Open 24 hours a day and you can park easily. I personally love it because the treatment with the client is very close, affectionate and familiar.
