Good attention
It has been more than three years since I requested the reimbursement of the mortgage expenses of several files and they have not contacted me at all. That less than writing an email at least once a year to report. I have been calling your office for days and it is impossible to contact them, since the call only leaves waiting while the music plays for minutes and minutes ...
I've been waiting for two years for the issue of mortgage expenses to be resolved. In these two years they have only contacted us once. Anyway, I don't see much interest. And if we talk about the phone ... they don't pick up the phone even if you throw yourself listening to the little machine 3 hours at a time. Impossible to talk to them if you don't go in person to the office.
All facilities when I went to hire their services and several people to serve clients after 2 years waiting for solutions, only one person attending the public and without knowing when the problem will be solved
