We are very disappointed in the after sales service of LeRoy MerlinnThe hydrolic arm of the electric gates we purchased has stopped working.nDespite COUNTLESS visits to the Alicante branch and many promises of contact after nearly five weeks NOTHING.nThey have our email adress,telephone number but do not bother to call.nWe are now desperate to get our gates repaired for security reasons.nCan someone please let us know what is happening !!!!!!

After purchasing a shed online it eventually arrived literally in broken bits. Driver says it is not unusual. Being unable to contact by phone, {all our lines are busy then cut off) I mailed with complaint, no answer and still attempting to get some form of response.
