Bad service, waiting, unfriendly
A disaster, not just the waiting time but the conditions in which my car was returned. DIRTY, with the seats folded down, the children's chairs dismantled, loose plastic parts, the upholstery completely covered in dust. I do not expect a premium service but I do expect the car to be returned to you at least in the condition you left it. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I had a fault with the car and have led to the workshop to see what happens, the problem is that they have charged me 120 euros for making a diagnosis of what happens to the vehicle, it is true that if you read the sheet you get put will be charged at least one hour of work, the question is that do not tell you when you leave the car and if you do not realize and do not read it, have to pay if you finally do not notice the vehicle. I feel good that charge as they have to invest time to review what the damage but it would be nice to tell the client to make the decision of whether to leave it or take it to another workshop.
