I had a contract with them that ended in May.nnWhen I returned the car within the agreed kilometers, they began to claim an alleged excess of kilometers that was not real. I had no way to show it and I felt cornered.nnThen I got through the workshop where a copy of the paper that they had in their possession had been collected and by which it was shown that not only did I not owe money but that they owed it to me.nnTo this day, months later (8 months) I keep fighting to receive what is mine and they answer me things from customer service such as: that is carried out by another department, I cannot do anything. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
