El servicio al cliente es muy mal. Intentarais llamar multiple veces para recibir una respuesta simple y a veces corten la línea o no responden ... si llagáis al taller en persona tenéis que esperar una hora, incluso si tenéis una cita previa. Tampoco nos ofrecen un vehículo de sustitución a pesar de los promesas.nnI agree with the previous reviewer that the way the client is dealt with is very bellow par. I purchased a vehicle and I’m really shocked at how difficult it has been to contact and talk to someone. I had to call the reception desk 4 times during my only free time at work to get transferred to the correct department. They either didn’t answer or just hung up the line. They can’t offer a replacement vehicle either, and don’t point this out when u have to travel to leave your car with them, despite it being written in big letters on a sign of things they offer the client. On more than two occasions I’ve had to wait an hour or more to be seen by someone. The people working there are friendly enough but probably understaffed.
Really really bad customer service... I had decided on the car I wanted and have up last moment due to this...sad...the car was amazing.
Helpful and efficient
Very very bad. No wonder they are no longer a Ford dealer. They tried to deceive me and in the review they tried to change parts that were in perfect condition. I pass with the brake pads. I will not come back. I put a claim on them and they didn't even call. With the opinions I see, I understand that I am not the only one who feels cheated.
The service cannot be worse. After taking the coolant expansion bottle and the windshield washer fluid reservoir to change, upon arriving home, I find that they have reused the clips that the car brought, that the return sleeve is halfway and that You are losing antifreeze. And they have filled the water tank with water and kept the original lid that was broken (€ 205 repair). After taking it again and half an hour of waiting, they have put me a hardware clamp because they claim that they do not already have Ford spare parts and that for the cover of the tank of the cleaner, they will already call me. In short some scoundrels.
