Bad customer service, be careful before buying a car
I have bought my car at Flexicar and I'm very satisfied because It's very hard to find some who speaks English and could explain with all details the cars. I've to say thanks to Alvaro for my awesome purchase, perfect for my necessities.
Very bad experience. They told me my car was worth 4.900-5.300€ and when I turned up with my car they would not even have a price. Disgrace. And no, there was nothing wrong with the data provided, the state of the car. they found nothing. they just said you guys dont deal with this type of old cars, despite having given me an offer. WASTE OF TIME - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
It was very tricky way and much hidden prices which they did not mention in time of booking .when we come to Fireflyes they charge us doublenI meanes flexicare charge us 55 Euros And again 270 Euros with Firefleis for only 5 daysnThey Had Hidden price , double Insurence Charge and misled usnI recommend everybody book a car directly by original company not by flexicarnn21 Dec 2017
