I do not get it. This is the second time that happens to me. A couple of years ago I wrote to ask for a birthday cake, and I got no answer. I understand there was no time but they didn't even bother to answer. A week ago I wrote again with another request, this time more than one month in advance. After 7 days, the result is silence .... I can understand that the workload does not allow to take more orders but it seems very ugly not to answer even when on other occasions, on the occasion of some workshop I have attended, I have been Answered overnight.nI will not try again.
