Dough was not even cooked
They do not deliver a pizza at the time you put in the order or even if they put 2 hours of delivery. Almost always cold.
The best pizzas in the area and the pizzerias and very friendly and professional delivery men. The pepperoni, carbonara and barbecue pizza the best. For a fast food restaurant, the dough is thin and crispy and the variety of flavors is very wide. We order very often and we always leave satisfied
I find the service offered a shame. We had today's order with a discount which we have been offered for a previous claim for the same thing that happened in today's order. The order was placed to be delivered at 21:40. At about 10:15 p.m. we proceed to call to claim the order, which they tell us that the delivery man had left a long time ago. Finally 5 or 10 minutes later the dealer appears. Well, they bring us cold pizzas (as happened the previous time) and drinks are missing (as happened the previous time as well). We tell the delivery man who calls his manager and tells us that a colleague who is in the area brings us the drinks right away. We call and they tell us that the new delivery man is leaving the pizzeria with the drinks. More than half an hour later, having finished dinner, they bring us our drinks. Anyway ... It seems absurd to me that on top of an order in which you have to be more careful because the previous one you put a claim in writing, you take it and do precisely the same. Well that's a shame !!
