I can't comment in the quality of the program, but I can tell you do not trust the administration. At first they sweet talk you into enrolling to the program, and try to convice you that they have your interest at their consideration. DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT if you're not 100% sure and have not researched all your alternatives. Once I saw it was not possible for me to pay the university and the living cost I request the cancellation and the refund of the deposit, but they cut all communications with me and I even obtain the personal number of the president from a former student and she blocked me once I identify myself. Maybe the program is good, but the administration do not care at all about other people's situation. They are not ethical people, and if you ask me, I will not trust people of this caliber. Even former students have prpblems with the admiinistration. These people just care about money and will say everything is possible just to take your money.(First original review before the reply)nnSince it does not allow me to reply to the owner I will reply using this same commentnReplying to this:nResponse from the owner6 days agonWe're sorry to hear that.nOn the 14th of January 2019 we sent you an admission letter which included the conditions of a refund (not matching the legal requirements to register in our University). We offered you the chance to apply for a scholarship or a student loan for the next term, which you refused.nWe advise every aspiring student to read carefully through our terms and conditions, which are transparent and available all through the registration processnnMy Reply:nIs so sad that the only type of response I have obtain from you all this time has been through a review section, that just demonstrate the shady kind of people you guys are. First, I made a deposit over 3,000 euros, if I was not going to being no longer part of your program, why do you refuse to give the money back? Do you don't take in consideration other's people financial situation? The ethic thing to do is to give the money back, only greedy people will come up with some lame legal excuse to keep it. Second, yes, you offered me a scholarship, but the scholarship will only cover the universities fees, NOT THE LIVING COST. I don;t have savings to live without being able to work(cannot work in Spain with student visa) for 4 years, and you didn't offer me student loans, me being a U.S. Citizen, there was no bank or association affiliated with your university, a student loan was non existent. And last, I check the terms and conditions and I qualify for a refund, I talked with the Spanish embassy from Puerto Rico and they told me the visa was not going to be approved if I didn't have financial support to cover the living cost, WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE. So, I didn't want to pay for a student visa when they told me it was going to be declined, and I tried to communicate with you, but since I request to cancel my enrollment, you HAVE NOT REPLIED to any of my emails, you completely cut communication with me, through email, phone and whatsaap. Who does that? That just show the lack of professionalism from your part, and that just show that you do not care about the people, you just care about the money.nnSo there you have it, if you want to enroll to this university because you like the program, think it twice because this is the kind of people you will have to interact. And former students have told me they have issues with the administration.
