It is a horrible and wasted place either because of the stinginess of its owners or because it is still old, although it gives me that it has more to do with the property.nThey have a prehistoric entrance access as well as the furniture. A business set underground in the XXI century says a lot about the people who run it. Shameful not taking into account the elderly or disabled, when a simple carpentry commission gives a solution to those of us who use a wheelchair.nnAlso, I don't know how many people work there, but the marriage is arrogant ... they don't make you want to go back there. I recommend other much more professional hardware stores in the city, with very good prices and excellent treatment, such as Ferretería Escrich or La Marieta or Comercial Castillo. There are very good professionals in the city. And not in this neighborhood.

UPS mistakenly delivered a package to this site and in the end I had to return it.nnI arrived to pick up the package at 7:50 p.m., there was no one in the store and the shop assistants were sitting reading.nnThey have a sign on the counter written in pen that informs that the collection of packages is at specific times. Nowhere can you inform yourself of this in advance so it is likely that you go and come back empty-handed.nnI ask for the package and he informs me that he does not give it to me due to being out of hours, I explain that I arrive in Castellón at that time for work every day and that I cannot arrive earlier and he tells me to find my life so that someone can come to for him he turns and sits down again.nnThe treatment by the shop assistants to potential clients is appalling, which is a way of causing them to never return to this establishment.

I'm going to pick up packages from UPS (because I have no choice) and I agree the deal is lousy. The products I don't know if they are good or bad, but of course the customer is not treated well at all. If this is what local commerce is, we are doing well against the large DIY companies, etc.
