One pass they have everything, they solved my needs right away, perfectly understanding what you need and looking for a solution, the employees very attentive and good prices
I bought a ratchet case (ODD brand) asking for a sufficient quality to repair a car and the first screw (8 and with little torque) that I went to loosen the socket wrench. They have replaced the key but they refuse to change the complete case for a higher quality one, paying the difference. Shop here thinking customer service would be good. I will have to buy another, of course not here.
I bought 10 masks, KN95, they hit me with the blow of more than € 24. And they give me a bag of 10 masks all in Chinese, of very poor quality, it doesn't squeeze anything, you can tell that they buy them online and sell them here, very expensive.
Very good service, I have been a customer for several years and they have always known how to recommend me the best qualities.
