I have been there twice and both times I have been attended by a shop assistant who did not even know what glitter glue was after selling me a palette that clearly needed it and said no, it adhered very well by itself. Why does someone so negligent work in a makeup store that far from helping customers he wastes their time? It is not the first time that in Druni they disappoint me, hire people who do their job well please

Despite the fact that there were a lot of people and they seemed overwhelmed, the saleswoman attended me and gave me good advice. They have a wide variety of products and affordable prices.

The treatment of the shop assistants has been terrible, a few months ago one of them treated me with arrogance telling me to look for the product I was looking for myself. Another day I was looking for an eyebrow pencil, when I was looking at the tones he said "eeeehh sorry, don't touch that, look at it from the outside" (of course, lady, the tones are seen on the outside). The other day I went to ask about a makeup product and he answered "and what is that?". What do you work for there dear? Why don't you leave the job to someone nice who understands makeup? I am not going back to the Druni even if they pay me.
