Because you can not give less. I made a reservation of an animal for a gift from Kings, they got engaged and what happened? That they did not bring me the animal, and the worst, you find out why you are going to ask, they did not have the slightest intention of calling me. Very rudely they tell you that they do not have it in other stores either (without checking) and that they are sorry, but it is what it is. They don't know what customer service is, they are unpresentable. I will never buy anything there.

The store is small and gives what it can, the customer service is very good BUT the most important thing is the care of the animals, that is the most important thing and reading the other reviews you can see that it can be improved.
