Restaurante Sierra

I have been twice to this restaurant; The first time we asked for meat on the stone and they brought us a plate with about 250g of sliced ​​meat, without garnish or anything, for which they charged us 42 euros. Totally exorbitant price for the quantity and quality they offer, since in addition some areas of the meat had a strange flavor, of being on the verge of spoiling. We have gone back to see if it was at least worth it to have portions: squid, ear and mixed potatoes. The quantities have been abundant. Very average quality. The worst has been seeing how they totally violate the Covid protocol. The person at the bar was wearing a mask, but when we entered the bar, it was when the other waitress put the mask on. Once seated, he has been in and out of the kitchen without a mask. With which I understand that the kitchen is without them. But to make matters worse, he has come without a mask to bring us the dishes and we have been talking about them, since he was carrying them close to his face. By asking him to please at least not talk over the plates, he has apologized to us, talking again about our food and has decided to put on the mask. This type of attitude in the hospitality industry is what means that we cannot safely go to eat anywhere and that for fear of thinking that in other places they behave the same, we stop going anywhere and pay just for sinners. A little respect for the health of others, please.
