Hire your bus services for the transfer of my wedding guests in August 2019. The departures to the restaurants were fine, the problem was with the 3 returns I had contracted from the restaurant. The driver of these returns to my surprise was the OWNER. The 1st refused to do so because he said that for two people the bus was not going to move (I paid the service of 3 returns whoever it was), the 2nd almost left half of the people because they left in a hurry, at high speed and with the people still standing, and the 3rd left the bride and groom behind, despite calling him on the phone and talking to him (in bad ways), and he didn't even deign to pick us up again. IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO DO THAT KIND OF SERVICES, DO NOT OFFER THEM.

What a shame of a travel agency we were going to go on a snow excursion for the first time .. They tell us that at 6 they pick us up at a place and leave without picking us up with 2 children 1 hour and 30 at a stop, the first and the Last time I ask here for any excursions or anything

And last year I went to Fatima, Portugal and also to Ovidos, and this year I went back to Madrid to repeat, and it does allow us to Fatima on 3/8/2020, and the human treatment, with the driver was very human , always with great kindness, and for the moment I have no complaints, Gómez y Casas a company dedicated to tourism and excursions, and that I always recommend

Call three times interested in a service over several weeks. They kept calling but I'm still waiting. With such customer service you have to be very interested to hire them.
