Currently they do not answer the online sales phone, and I have tried 4 times waiting more than 20 minutes on each call.nIn the face-to-face agencies I have asked twice for a budget for 2 different trips and they have never notified me to tell me that they already had it (because they have not done so). El Corte Inglés very well, the travel agency ... Improvable. They only took good care of me in 2018 in the telephone sale of a trip. The attention was excellent and the concern to meet my preferences was unbeatable.

Last year I complained that a broken teapot without a lid was put in the cafeteria. This year more of the same, it is assumed that charging 1.80 € for a tea, does not give to amortize the teapot.
