It's been a matter of two months that I went to fix my laptop and I'm still waiting for a call.nI called one morning on the phone and they told me to send them the laptop model by WhatsApp and that in the afternoon they would give me a quote. By mistake, no problem of course, they forgot but the next day in the afternoon I called them again. I went to the store with the laptop to have it looked at. They told me they had to order a laptop component and that they would call me. Two months later, I'm still waiting. I don't know if what was supposed to arrive or not, but it seems to me that that was not the problem.
They work well and fast, also very nice.
