I have gone three times to discuss four electricity and gas supply contracts that I have with Endesa and they have not been able to solve any of them because apparently they lacked a line in their computers and this after queuing 30 minutes on the street each time. I want to indicate that the staff attended me correctly.

I had read bad reviews about this place, and I know that the lines were hours ago. But recently I have been there a couple of times and the waiting time has been reasonable. The man who attended me informed me wonderfully and was very kind.

Nothing professional, we arrived at the door at 1:20 p.m. and the closing time is 1:30 p.m. on Fridays and they were gone. There was a worker inside, we knocked on the door and it didn't open. What little professionalism
