I have bought a Guardian with you (Glass Guardian). When I bought it they told me that it was not necessary to adjust it since it was adjustable and adjusted to all glass measurements. When the product arrives, it does not fit my 5 + 5mm glass as the flange has a 20mm limit, so it cannot fit well. Your solution is to put 1 cm of silicone to secure the guard rather than press-fit, which is the best, and then close with the silicone. I am sorry to have trusted your products, I will not recommend your services again, as they say, cheap is expensive.
