Let me tell you. I bought gray high-waisted button-down jeans with very little spandex on Black Friday. They arrived on December 3 and when I tried them on (as is usual for me) they looked great on my leg but at the waist very detached from behind. I decided to return them and went on a Saturday to CC El Faro; There were many people in the queues at the Zara woman, Zara kids and Zara man stores, so I decided to postpone the return for another day since I have 30 days to do so. Today the 10th it was decided that I was going to the center of Badajoz, so I decided to make the return at the Zara in Calle Menacho, before going to the gym (I was dressed in sportswear, because, obviously, to go to Zara I don't have to go dressed gala). After waiting in line I had to make the return of my jeans and the clerk who was in the Zara woman box, on the ground floor, looked at them carefully, analyzing them from the front and back, she asked me when I had bought them, what would she say? a tag that goes on the waistband at the back was missing. I told them that it was as it came in the package, I explained that I could not return them at the Lighthouse because there were many people and I had done it today for that reason. She doubted me, looked me up and down, and I told myself to move aside and wait for her manager to supervise the jeans. All this with a huge tail behind me and I was ashamed, because clearly he was accusing me of having used the jeans. The manager arrived and gave the go-ahead and the first clerk reluctantly made the return. But do you really think that I need to make my face red for € 16 jeans? I did not ask for the claim sheet but I should have.
