Horrifying experience. Unpunctual, I arrived for the time that they gave me appointment and it was not open, I had to wait 15 minutes outside. Safety and hygiene measures are not respected, there were about five people inside a very small room and the distance of 2m between them was not respected, nor was each seat disinfected after being used and passing to another client. Also, the hairdresser did not follow the directions I gave her to cut my hair. When I expressed my discontent, he responded with arrogance and without giving me any solution. The rest of the clients joined in this attack and the boss did not call them to order, but rather played along. There was no apology for what happened and they threw me out in a bad way because another client had to pass and, apparently, everyone there had a preference before me. I will not return, I left totally unhappy with the treatment and the hairstyle.
