I take no pleasure in writing this. I am dissatisfied with the job done when I brought my car to be cleaned. I have an SUV. I was first told it would cost 170 euros for exterior work only - a wash and polish. Then I was quoted 120 euros. We settled on 80 euros which I know is still too much, but I wanted the car to be cleaned. I returned 2 hours later to collect my vehicle I could see water spots. Even though we were in a dark garage I could clearly see water spots. I asked why they weren't cleaned off and he said he couldn't clean them. Later on, I could see that there was several places where there was wax on the exterior trim (which dulls the color of the trim). There were also several places where the wax had not been buffed of the car. In my opinion, this was a total rip off and I will not take my car there ever again.
