Bad experience.nI went with my dog despite not being regular customers because that day I was very scared about what was happening to the animal and I had read good references on this site.nWhen they arrived they did not ask about what was happening to the dog or anything, they dedicated themselves to making a file with their data. All very cold. Then they told me to wait my turn. I waited patiently and when I entered the consultation they began to do things to him, I asked what they were doing or what could have happened but they did not speak at all. They did not give information. From what I read this is not normal for them, maybe it was a bad day, but the feeling I had at all times was uncomfortable and without confidence. The dog is fine with everything but the nefarious treatment.
