Very unhappy.nI made the purchase of a blanket, nothing cheap by the way.nI did not take it too convinced of the color they had available. When I went to change it and they asked me for one that will combine more with the decoration of the bedroom. They tell me that they do not make changes or returns.nThe seller did not inform me at the time and knowing that she was not very convinced.nI bet on the local trade but of course with things like that I won't go back there.

18th century return policy. I have wanted to change a suitcase for a superior one and they have not wanted to change it, they say that because of covid (I can change a shirt but not a suitcase, ok). I have asked for a complaint form and they did not want to provide me with a pen to fill it out, they told me to go get one and come back. In Albacete today 01/09/21 when it is snowing. Be careful that they do not put the mask on and on top of that they cheat on you saying that they are at home and take it off when they want. No wonder the place is always empty. Then they will promote local commerce. The next time I do not think about it, I ask for it online or I go to the English Court that they do admit changes like any decent business.
