My name is Patricia, I am in postpartum recovery classes and I have to say that I am delighted. I have recovered my muscle tone as well as my elasticity, strength, balance and above all I have strengthened the entire pelvic floor. In addition, the classes are very enjoyable, we work with a lot of gadgets and I have to say that it is my time to escape. I am very happy to attend those classes and I will continue to do so for a long time as Pilates has been a great discovery and I wish I had met Yolanda in my first pregnancy. I recommend it without a doubt.
