Totally negative experience with the man in charge, who states that he is not there to help the user who has been waiting for 10 minutes for the machine to clear up, but is there for other things. A great way to secure clients. My sincere congratulations. Of course, the time delay is charged the same even if it is their problem.

Incredible the NEFASTO treatment of the employee who is in the sentry box, Albacete neighbors please look at the little sign that this man has bothered to put at the entrance and exit so as not to have to bother him on how to use the machine now to enter and exit the parking lot, so that he can continue with his work (hard work). He is not there to explain things to you !! Neither is there to respect the use of the mask, nor the cordial treatment of people, I could tell him a myriad of other things but I will have the education that this man lacks.

The payment of the parking works without a ticket, from registration; the mechanism fails and you have to wait for the staff to check and open to leave ... You lose the time you think you gain in stopping going around finding parking, and in the end it is a person who solves the problem of the machine.

I was on Friday, October 16 at 11:00 in the morning and the manager who was at the gate in very bad ways explained to me that the 'ticket system did not work, that he was going with the license plate reader and that he had put a paper at the entrance and exit explaining it, that if he had to be explaining it one by one he would not do anything else all day '... when he explained it to us without wearing a mask and being with the mobile (he was not seen very busy). Very bad experience

Parking with very narrow spaces. The only good thing is that it has a pretty good management system. It does not give you a ticket, when you go to leave in the machine you put the registration and the amount comes out. when exiting there is no need to insert a ticket.
